Fandom and Media Analysis

In Stars and Time is so good.

I got a steam account to wishlist it, knowing I wouldn't be able to play it. Saw it get released, sort of forgot about it.

Flashforward to now, and I see a random short about it, remember liking the concept, watch a playthrough...

The constant fear and ridicule of living in a small, enclosed area that won't accept people like you... expressed through horror and grief. It's one of my favorites.

The recent ones where they hate the government, women get to kill people, men get to cry, no morals or ethics in sight, the director obviously had a lot of fun, with a silly little cast of characters...

...those ones are really good.

(And both the ones I've seen so far start with 'j'. Jawan is the first one and I forget the second one's name but it just came out on Netflix and the SIBLING RAGE is peak)

A little idea I've had since forever is to make a video essay going over analysis of the character while making a doll of them... but I've never done it.

I feel sick sick and with moving and leaving everyone and one of my plants dying... yeah Project Sekai, Arcane, Six of Crows and Link Click are all very much comforts.
